Function            cursor_flip - toggle the cursor type

  Syntax              void cursor_flip(unsigned int curs1,
                                       unsigned int curs2);

  Prototype in        video.h

  Remarks             toggles the cursor scan lines to whichever set the
                      cursor is not currently set for.

  Return value        nothing.
